This C-frame Press (200 Tons) is custom-made for a company that mainly does hydro-forming.
Our standard PPCM-model range goes up to 150 ton, but for this customer we customized a C-Frame Press in 200 tons. Made with larger tables, a larger piston stroke and some custom functions for their hydro-forming jobs.

Features of this C-Frame Press (200 Tons)
- Made out of S355JR steel
- Mechanized lower table with 2 ‘T’ DIN-650 grooves, made out of C45E steel
- Mechanized upper table 2 ‘T’ DIN-650 grooves, made out of C45E steel with cylindrical lateral rails for perfect alignment.
- Double acting cylinder with a chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti wear guides
- Anti-turning cylinder and the cylinder stroke can be easily regulated manually with the adjustable stroke endings.
- Motorized hydraulic unit with an automatic deactivation of the high speed, including a cylinder decompression valve.
- Selector for manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation and a selector for the two speeds.
- Basic digital pressure dwell timer that regulates the pressing time and a digital display for the maximum working pressure to regulate and maintain the working pressure + – 5% with start-stop system for the hydraulic group, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
- The safety is guaranteed by two lateral protection screens (which can be opened) with level IV photoelectrical sensors situated at the front. The electric and hydraulic manoeuvres are redundant and self-controlled.
- Operation by electric pedals with emergency stop.
