This is our automated Profi Punch ’16, a state-of-the-art hydraulic punching machine that can be used as a C-frame Press as well. A dynamic machine that stands out for its adaptability and efficiency. As demonstrated in the video, for this special project, delivered to our customer Lonevag Beslagfabrikk AS, we automated the machine as well as its feeder – streamlining the entire process to make operations effortless.
Next to that, the machine is provided with several custom-made tools that cut and punch at the same time. It’s the ultimate solution for precision, speed, and ease in your manufacturing processes. This automated Profi Punch ’16 set-up is utilized by our customer to cut clamps that are used to attach / secure solar panels! Often we supply our Profi Punch ’16 with customized tooling for punching, cutting, forming, flattening or rounding. The possibilities with these machines are endless!
