Deep Drawing Presses
Our hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with large table sizes and high speeds for great performances.
Deep Drawing
These hydraulic presses have a main upper cylinder and an hydraulic cushion in the lower part of the machine. During the deep drawing process these two hydraulic cylinders meet to start the metal forming operation. The metal sheet is being formed to the desired shape by means of the matrix that you use. This metal sheet forming process is widely-used in many different industries in which we supply our Profi Press.
Features of these hydraulic deep drawing presses
Our double-action presses are equipped with large tables with T-shaped grooves to fasten a matrix. Thanks to the high speeds (the approach speed is 100 mm /sec and the return speed is 140 mm / sec), you can easily carry out the production process quickly. The hydraulic cushion is standard included and can be designed to special requirements, such as a larger stroke.
Furthermore, the presses are provided with a digital control panel to set the pressure force and cylinder stroke of both cylinders. The operation is carried out by two-hands push buttons. Safety is guaranteed by photo-electrical sensors situated at the front of the press and to prevent overheating, a oil-cooling system is installed.
Please contact us when you would like to receive a quotation for one of our standard or custom-made presses! These hydraulic press models are available up to 3000 tons!
These double-action presses are standard designed to perform deep-drawing tasks, however many of our other high quality hydraulic presses can be used for this process as well. For example, our hydraulic four column presses or our C-frame presses (of which you can find a video here) can be produced with an hydraulic cushion to perform deep-drawing also.
