Onze Hydraulische Productiepers<\/em><\/strong> wordt in Europa gemaakt. Perfect voor het bewerken van metaal \/ om te integreren in geautomatiseerde productielijnen.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Profi Press hoogwaardige productiepersen bestaan uit een elektrogelaste structuur gemaakt van S355JR-staal. Ze zijn voorzien van een gemechaniseerde onder- en boventafel met T-sleuven en we monteren cilindrische, laterale geleiders om een perfecte uitlijning van de boventafel te garanderen. Bovendien kunt u de positie van deze boventafel (cilinderslag) eenvoudig instellen via een bedieningspaneel. <\/p>\n

Gemakkelijke en veilige bediening<\/h6>\n

De productiepersen hebben een keuzeschakelaar voor handmatige en automatische bediening. Verder zijn deze hydraulische persen standaard uitgerust met een NC-besturing om de cilinderslag, druk en druktijd digitaal in te stellen en tot 100 verschillende werkcycli op te slaan. Onze productiepers bevat ook een gemotoriseerde hydraulische eenheid met twee snelheden met automatische hogesnelheidsdeactivering en een manometer om de toegepaste druk af te lezen. Wij garanderen de veiligheid van de bedieners door middel van lichtschermen aan de voorzijde van de pers. Bovendien zijn de productiepersen voorzien van een afscherming aan de achterzijde (optioneel kunnen wij ook aan de achterzijde van de machine lichtschermen installeren).<\/p>\n

Profi Press hydraulische productiepersen kunnen geleverd worden met verschillende opties zoals een hydraulisch kussen of ejector (in boven-, onder- of beide tafels) of aanpassingen voor het werken met robotica. En we kunnen ook de afmetingen aanpassen aan uw behoeften. RHTC levert alle productiepersen (standaardmachines en op maat gemaakte persen<\/a>) met een garantie van twee jaar. We garanderen een zeer hoge kwaliteit voor al onze hydraulische persen.<\/p>\n
